ApexTrackDays will never intentionally share information you give us with any third party. We retain your credit card info only until we successfully charge it.
We will not share your personal information with anyone else. We do not sell our customer database.
Occasionally we work with other trackday organizations to host events, but again, we do not share our customers' personal info with them other than your name in order to register you for the event.
We can't make a nanny list for you of how you should treat staff, visitors and other riders on and off the track. We'll just make a judgment call.
