$25 Late Payment Penalty
The deadline for the regular payment price is 24 hours prior to the track opening on the day of the scheduled event. For example if the event is scheduled to begin at 7a.m. Saturday morning, we must have your payment by 7a.m. Friday morning. If the do not receive your payment by this deadline, the price at the track day is $25 higher to cover the increased cost and difficulty in processing you payment at the track.
Our website uses PayPal to process your order (eChecks no longer accepted). If you wish to use a credit card, please call us at (801) 643-2665 with your order. Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as "ApexTrackDays” with our phone number. If you have an issue with a charge please call immediately so we can resolve it before your scheduled event.
Personal Checks:
We do accept personal checks. Your check must arrive and clear by the deadline above.
